Position Summary: We are actively seeking a Business Development Director who can help build trust in selling analytics and digital marketing services with an understanding of our clients’ businesses, industries, and environments. Specifically, the Business Development Director is responsible for driving new client revenue by supporting sales processes, managing inbound opportunities, and developing outbound sales opportunities. This client-facing role will help organizations turn data insights into actionable recommendations to achieve their business and marketing goals. This is a full-time opportunity that will work from our Rocklin location.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue and sales for Blast service offerings with enterprise level clients
  • Establish, manage, and grow relationships with business executives to compliment client’s outcomes and strategy
  • Participate in special project and sales initiatives
  • Creatively push limits to promote the Blast Core Values
  • Research and analyze client’s business, industry, and competitors for analytics and marketing opportunities to optimize outcomes
  • Collaborate with clients to develop measurable strategies for site optimization while evolving business objectives
  • Deliver measurement and performance reporting

Flex Your Skills With

  • Proficiency in sales practices
  • Experience in analytics and/or digital marketing fundamentals a plus
  • A fundamental understanding of analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and others
  • Extensive usage of Google Product Suite (e.g. Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.) and Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Motivated and passionate with ability to work independently and as part of the team
  • A quick learner and self-starter
  • Ability to comfortably present during client meetings, think “on your feet,” and speak in public
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and time management skills

  • Proven results in B2B & B2C sales strategies and techniques
