Position Summary: Ready to Make Your Mark? We are actively seeking a Technical Recruiter who can tell our story, engage with people who have a passion for what we do and build, and deliver a strong talent pipeline. Specifically, the Technical Recruiter is responsible for driving data-driven recruiting to meet the team growth objectives of Blast. Additional responsibilities include providing an exceptional applicant experience, supporting company decision making, and optimizing recruiting and hiring processes. The Technical Recruiter will serve as an advisor to the team on our search for excellent talent.

Functioning as the first point of contact for our consulting team, the Technical Recruiter provides in-depth relationship building, delivers high-value visuals, defines and manages recruiting goals, executes offer delivery, attends industry events, and ensures high standards are met. This internal and applicant-facing role will help scale our team. This is a full-time opportunity that will preferably work in our Rocklin, CA or San Francisco, CA location. We will consider strong candidates who desire to work in other locations or remotely.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drive recruitment process, from strategy and sourcing, to offer creation and delivery
  • Architect a strong talent pipeline to serve our agile business needs
  • Deliver an exceptional applicant experience
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers during the decision-making process
  • Regularly track talent pipeline, priorities, and performance data to share with internal stakeholders
  • Manage job postings and communicating with applicants (using Jazz)

  • Technical aptitude in order to carry-out conversations involving: digital analytics (e.g. tag management, JavaScript, SQL, ETL), data visualization tools and digital marketing (e.g. SEO, PPC, Content Marketing)

  • Collaboration skills

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Experience sourcing engineers and analytics (a plus) professionals who work with modern technologies
  • Experience using LinkedIn recruiting tools
  • Strong attention to detail with applicant tracking and recruiting funnel metrics
  • Utilize a data-driven approach to developing a hiring strategy
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Experience with communicating about digital analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics (a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
