We are actively seeking a Program Manager who craves challenging opportunities, drives our team and supports client engagements. We want to speak to people who can help build trust and execute an understanding of client business plans, document process, and guide technical aspects of projects.

This is a full-time opportunity that will preferably work in our New York location. We will consider strong candidates who desire to work in other locations or remotely but primarily looking for someone who will support clients and teammates on the East Coast.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Establish roadmaps, timelines, and key messaging for clients
  • Utilize your strong program management background (digital analytics and marketing experience preferred) to forge strong client relationships
  • Work with teammates and clients to clearly communicate expectations and timeline for deliverables
  • Manage projects for success and profitability
  • Communicate regularly with senior management on status, risks and change control
  • Identify and support internal processes that ensure successful outcomes, repeatability, and scalability
  • Creatively push limits to promote the Blast Core Values

Knowledge, Skills, & Qualifications

  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, presentation, and time management skills

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or any equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Relevant work experience in technical program/project management (digital analytics and digital marketing experience preferred)
  • Experience defining project scope, collecting requirements, managing projects to budget, and coordinating schedules
  • Ensures the team hours and agreements are aligned
  • Identify and implement process improvements

You Will Work With

On a day-to-day basis, you will typically work with the following roles; Senior Business Analyst, Director Data Solutions; Senior Marketing Strategists; Analytics Strategists and Reporting Team Members; Other Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

This client-facing role will help ensure expectations are aligned between clients and our internal team, including, clearly defining scope (what is complete), defining and communicating timelines, and the nature and quality of deliverables. You will be the one who understands if there is an opportunity for Blast to help the client beyond the current agreement and share those opportunities with the Director of Client Success. You will ensure projects stay on track and within budget.
