Position Summary: We are actively seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst who can build trust and execute with an understanding of probability, data biases, and objective. Specifically, the Senior Marketing Analyst will engage clients to leverage data in support of their decision making, ask critical questions and work with executives to provide statistically-sound insights.

Functioning as a key member of our Analytics consulting team, this role contributes actionable recommendations and helps strategize and measure conversion optimization. 

We want to speak to people who know how to perform marketing campaign optimization, attribution modeling, and media mix modeling for our clients. This is a full time opportunity and we know results can be produced from anywhere, therefore show us how you plan to make your mark, remote or in-office.

To be successful

  • You will leverage your ability to build trust and develop strong personal internal and external relationships
  • Make your mark in marketing optimization and deliver meaningful results for clients that meet or exceed their marketing goals (i.e. maximizing the value of marketing budgets)
  • You’ll provide in-depth web and mobile app conversion optimization, personalization, and optimization recommendations in multiple industries and geographic regions
  • Evolve your intellectual curiosity and help drive company and client success

Primary Responsibilities

  • Leverage marketing channel data to build and interpret attribution models for client success
  • Lead, analyze and present learnings and recommendations to clients
  • Establish client roadmaps for ongoing optimization to drive continuous impacts
  • Track industry, local market, paid search competition, and marketing mix to adjust campaigns and optimize marketing channels
  • Collaborate with clients and internal team members to develop measurable strategies for optimizations on web, mobile apps, email marketing campaigns, and paid search while evolving business and testing objectives
  • Reinforce your optimization plans and results with data: analyze performance, behavioral/psychographic data, demographic data, and more using analytics tools such Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics

Flex your skills using

  • Digital Analytics platforms: Google Analytics (360), Adobe Analytics, Click Stream Data Sources
  • CRO, MVT and A/B testing tools: Optimizely, Adobe Target, Google Optimize
  • R, Google Sheets, Excel, with extensive function usage

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Motivated, passionate, ability to work independently and as part of the team
  • Quick learner and a self-starter
  • Familiarity with differentiation, persuasion, marketing optimization, usability metrics and related statistical concepts
  • Proficient knowledge of probability, attribution modeling, statistical biases
  • Experience with Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
  • This position will be client-facing, therefore applicants should be comfortable speaking publicly, creating presentations and thinking on their feet

Desirable Qualifications

  • Strong technology base, with awareness of developing trends
  • Experience planning, developing and executing website/app Personalization using tools such as Optimizely Personalization and Adobe Target
  • BS/BA in marketing, finance, mathematics, or economics, preferred
  • Proficient knowledge of MVT and A/B testing, web design
  • Proficient knowledge of UX, paid search, email marketing, and display marketing
